NEXARYN is the private assistant system of Hovhannes Aghamalyan, Barcelona, Spain (contact: info@nexaryn.es). It is not a public service: it is used only by its owner, with his own Google accounts and the business accounts he manages.
gmail.readonly): to read the owner's messages, summarise them
for him and prepare draft replies. This access cannot change, delete or send anything.gmail.send): used by a separate component to send a message
only after the owner has approved its exact text. This access cannot read the mailbox.adwords): to view and manage the advertising accounts of the
businesses the owner works with.Only to provide these functions to the owner. The data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
To produce summaries and drafts, message content may be processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) through its API, solely on behalf of the owner.
NEXARYN's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's private server. Short summaries and notes may be kept in the owner's private memory database on the same server. Nothing is published or made available to anyone else.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete stored data, write to info@nexaryn.es.
